For 30 years, our privileged relationship with one of Spain’s most respected Sherry bodegas has allowed us to hand-select the finest Oloroso Sherry casks. They give our whisky a deep Sherry influence and exceptional aromatic qualities. To balance the flavors of dried fruits and spice, we combine the sherry-matured whisky with whiskies matured in two types of American oak cask, adding notes of citrus and subtle sweetness.
