Called “the most interesting thing happening in American whiskey right now” by Breaking Bourbon, our Infinite Barrel Project is a constantly evolving whiskey. After removing a portion of the Infinite barrel to bottle, we replace it with mature whiskeys. The result is an ever changing and increasingly complex whiskey.
