We then marry it with grain spirits that have been carefully distilled to achieve the highest level of purity without reaching absolute neutrality of character. Slow filtration through a bed of natural coconut shell charcoal strips away traces of sulphur and chlorine to unveil the clean, lightly floral aromatic qualities.
