Our traditional Añejo is expressive of rich maple and caramel but never cloying, as dried herbs and pineapple cream soda keep things vibrant, all tied together with a lingering note of black pepper. Aging: 18 months in ex-Bourbon barrels-6 months longer than the industry standard for anejo.
