Jefferson’s Manhattan Barrel Finished Cocktail

The Manhattan made with superior Jefferson’s bourbon and a combination of the finest sweet and dry vermouth and barrel aged sassafras bitters is aged in the original Jefferson’s bourbon barrels in the Kentucky hills. Its complex character reflects the great care taken in the selection and aging process. It is simply a delicious manhattan, and it doesn’t require any labor or equipment. Just enjoy it as you would any manhattan: on the rocks, or stirred over ice and served up. (You could add a cherry or an orange peel, if you want.)
